Nice stay convenient location from market, supporting staff, clean room and wash room, nice food

The room and washroom was large. Staff was good. The major drawback was for the 3rd occupant ( for whom extra charges were applied) no additional bed was provided. Only a mattress was given on the floor.

Quite an average hotel. The lobby and restaurant is good but the rooms are quite average. Bathroom was leaking, very small rooms without any ventilation or windows.

The hotel was near and clean, the staff were very cooperative. Food was good. Locality was in the centre of the city. Must visit.

All though the room was clean but the service were very poor. Lift not working and they were allotted us room on the traced despite we have senior citizen with us

In my room ac was not working from late night when i asked the receptionist to change my room he is saying there is no extra room to change with. And i have to use a fan only.

Staff are not co operative and rough in behaviour. Foods are overpriced, bathrooms are not clean, to sleep the 3rd adult bed/cord was not available.
